Accumulate 100 obedience championship points, at least 30 of which must be earned in the Open B class and at least 20 of which must be earned from the Utility B class. Obedience championship points are earned in the Open B and Utility B classes by obtaining a minimum qualifying score or better in either or both. The number of points earned increases as the qualifying score increases. (UKC)

Triple Champion
Any dog that has been awarded the title of Dual Champion (DC) and the title of Obedience Trial Champion (OTCH) or Tracking Champion (CT) or Agility Champion (MACH) may be designated as a Triple Champion. (AKC)
 
 Miscellaneous - 
CGC
Canine Good Citizen
A certificate awarded to dogs that have passed the 10 item Canine Good Citizen Test. (AKC)
WC
Working Certificate
A test of retrieving instinct - dogs must retrieve a bird on land at a distance of no more than 50 yards, followed by back to back single marks or a double on the water at a distance of no more than 50 yards. (LRC)
WCX (also sometimes AWC) An advanced test of retrieving instinct - generally double retrieves on land and water, plus the dog must remain steady. (LRC member clubs)
CC
Conformation Certificate
A certificate awarded to dogs who demonstrate a sixty-five (65) percent likelihood of conforming to the Labrador characteristics as described in the Standard. (LRC)
TDI Therapy Dog International
Int CH International Championship (FCI)
